The Grafton Legion makes donations twice a year to many organizations and we happily support our Veterans, Community and Youth.
At our November and December 2018 General Meetings the following donations were approved and made:
Giving Tree – $500
Castleton 4H Club – $100
Alnwick/Haldimand Fire Department – $1,500
RCAC Corp. 88 Cadets – $1,300
Salvation Army – $500
Fair Share – $300
St. George’s Anglican Church – $500
St. Mary’s Catholic Church – $500
St. Andrew’s United Church – $500
Eddystone Baptist Church – $500
Community Care – $500
Grafton Community Sports & Events Committee – $500 towards “Skate with Santa”
Renos for Heroes – $500
Wounded Warriors – $500
Vets Canada – $500
Leave the Streets Behind – $500
When you support our Legion events you help support our Veterans, Community and Youth. Please attend some of the local events held at your local Grafton Legion; volunteer when you can and if you aren’t a member – drop by the Legion and fill out an application form!
