Well, we had a full house tonight. We even had some in the clubroom as we topped 138 meals, that is without taking into account several that went back for seconds, and there was at least 1 who went for thirds.
Tonight we had several families attend with children. Each child was given a kid-kit with colouring books, puzzles, stickers, etc. One young one went round handing out stickers to everyone from her kit.
Another family of 5 attended using one of the Dinner for 2 coupons. So for $15.00 they all ate heartily and yes both parents went back for seconds.
We even had a couple stop in to check us out. Hi Wendy and Dan.
Meat draws are still doing well. As mentioned last week, the last two draws are double draws. So for your ticket purchase you get two chances at winning.
Next week is the Ladies Auxiliary St. Patrick’s Dinner – Irish Stew. Tickets are $15.00 and there are still a few available. Served from 4-7. Yes including in the desserts for next week will be the home made “baked” Rice Pudding.
