July 3 – Friday will be our Ham and scalloped potatoes. This meal it is being served with mashed potatoes, mixed beans and a roll with butter. As a treat I am told there will be pickled beets.
Desserts will include our non-sugar items such as watermelon and bananas. There will be a large selection of pies and home made desserts. This week I am told that the homemade desserts will include a lot of cheesecakes…. Cheesecake (by Gerry), Blueberry Cheesecake (by Heather), mixed fruit and another Cheesecake.. Cherry this time (by Linda).
Dinners start at 4pm and run until 6pm or until we run out.
Fridays include four meat draws.
The monthly 50/50 draw for July has started and the draw will be held on July 31 at 5pm. Tickets are $5.00 and are available at the bar or see Sharon when she comes around for the Meat Draws. Last months winner was Terry Turk, who won $690.00. Congratulations Terry.
