The Grafton Legion and its members pass along our condolences on the loss of Bud Jaynes. Here is the notice taken from MacCoubrey Funeral Home Limited:

Harold Franklin “Bud” Jaynes

December 24, 1927 – July 3, 2017

Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 3rd, 2017 at the Golden Plough Lodge in Cobourg, Bud Jaynes in his 90th year.  Husband of the late Jean Ereta Jaynes (nee Massey).  Father of Sharon Hurlbert (Bob), Garry Jaynes (Neata), Wayne Jaynes (Karen), and Frank Jaynes (Laura).  Cherished grandfather of Kyle Minifie (Krista), Christopher Minifie (Rachel), Kurt Jaynes (Courtney), and Aynsley Jaynes.  Great grandfather of Alina, Cole, Elijah, Alexis, and Torren.  Brother of Shirley Davidson (Allynn).  Lovingly remembered by Candace, Nathan, Charlotte, Angie, Keith, Kaylee, Leslie, Ian, and Emma.  Also lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law Vera, Audrey, Helen and his many, many nieces and nephews.  Friends and family are invited to a Graveside Service to be held at the Baltimore United Church Cemetery in Baltimore on Saturday July 15th at 1 pm immediately followed by a Celebration of Life gathering being held at the Grafton Legion Branch 580 on Saturday July 15th from 2 to 5 pm.   Bud’s family would like to thank the staff at the Golden Plough Lodge for their kindness and compassion shown to their Dad in his later years of life, especially the last few weeks.  If desired, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Grafton Legion Branch 580 or the Baltimore Cemetery Board.  Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
