The Grafton Legion is looking for volunteers to help out behind the bar. You must have your SmartServe Certificate and be willing to help with the following:
Opening & Closing of Legion
Understanding of Flag Protocol
Counting and balancing of Cash Registers
Serve members of the public in a friendly and expedient manner
Stocking and cleaning of bar fridges
Maintaining ice supply
Booking and maintaining Hall Rentals
handling of 50/50 and Nevada ticket sales
maintaining clean dishware
Updating of daily logs and forms
maintaining a good working relationship with staff and volunteers
Updating Bar Chair expediently on any issues concerning the day to day running of the bar
Neat appearance and friendly approach
Support and promote Legion Events and Executive Committee decisions
It sounds like a lot but it’s not, really! Please see James Routh if you are interested. We will train you. Various shifts are available.
