Well, on the Friday of a long weekend we had a simple BBQ for our Friday night Meal.
To our surprise we served 77 meals… a lot who came out were regulars, but there were several hungry traveller’s and campers who have heard about our Friday night meals and stopped by.
The response has been so overwhelming that our President has sponsored a “Dinner for 2 Draw” every week for August. This draw is free to anyone at our dinners and can be redeemed at any Friday Night meal.
Next week we are planning Hot Hamburger Sandwich, and I heard Rice Pudding may be on the dessert menu.
